Red Bluff is notorious for horrible restaurants. Casa Ramos is probably the best place to eat, but it could be better. Salsa is way too hot for most people. They need to add some salt into their rice & beans to give it flavor as well as the enchiladas. Atmosphere very nice, staff friendly.
Good food and portions – Nice place with lots of lunch and dinner traffic, I feel the best food and atmosphere mexican place in red bluff. Lunch specials every day are usually $6-7 with fresh salsa and chips.
