Great food fast friendly service excellent margaritas. I've never had a problem here
The service sucked, over 45 min to get food. They brought us an unopened beer that needed a bottle opener to be opened (no opener and the waitress was oblivious). We ran out of chips and drinks numerous times with the waitress nowhere in site and the place was part of the "pub crawl" that was going on so we had to listen to a drunken college kid who I wanted slap and tell to shut up. The food tasted good (a little bland as usual in Ohio) once it arrived.
The best guacamole! Great Margaritas. Family owned for years, great service and food. I've been there many times and have never been disappointed. This is the place to get a traditional ethnic meal.
I've been going to Casa Ramirez for years.. Never had bad service, the staff are friendly, and I always have a perfect margarita!-:-)
