I have been staying here for about 10 years. The manager, Debbie and all the people who work to keep this place beautiful are all really nice people!The Cleaning team, Yancy and her crew keep the rooms spotless! Beautiful Sunset views and the Beach is always clean!! We just got married here in 2014 on the Beach and everyone at Casa Playa made it the Best Wedding ever! Thank you to Casa Playa for making it the Best day ever!

It was perfect! Location to restaurants, shopping and beach couldn't have been better. The unit had all one needed, clean, and appropriately decorated for beach living.
Great vaca condo. We go for a month every year. Close enough to Times Square yet far enough to be very relaxing and peaceful.
Just decided to stop and see if they had anything for a few days. They did and it was a beautiful view of the beach, nice condo and away from the main drag but is in walking distance (time square). We enjoyed Casa Playa and would suggest it to our friends. We wish we had more days to stay there.
