I want to thank our current Business Manager Stephanie for the wonderful way she manages at Casa Pacifica Apts in Santa Ana. She is truly the best Manger we have had in the 10 years I have lived here. Thank you Stephanie
I've been living here for 8½ years & overall have been content here. The first building manager we had, Stephanie, was absolutely amazing but after her, it's been a bit rough until Jennifer & then Marisa, but sadly they're now also gone... the building itself is safe, but be aware that the neighborhood is a bit rough, having a sizable homeless issue. Also, if you have more than one car, parking WILL BE AN ISSUE!! My roommate, being disabled, parks in the garage & my car is currently parked two blocks away & walking to my car... read more

I’d like to take a moment to commend Marisa, the onsite manager at Casa Pacifica. Working with her has been a fantastic experience. She is incredibly valuable to the property and makes our collaboration seamless. Her professionalism and approachability create a positive environment not just for us, but for the residents as well. The apartments are well-maintained, and it’s clear that Marisa takes pride in ensuring a great living experience. I look forward to continuing our partnership!
I wanted to leave a review about the tour I had with a young lady at Casa Pacifica apartments. I had my friend take to for a tour and the office manager who gave us a tour was so kind and listened to everything we needed. Sometimes people can be so pushy but she listened and asked me question about what I was looking for and needed. What a breath of fresh air. The building has lots of fun spaces so I will definitely consider this place in the the future. I recommend!!!!
