From having almost 7 different managers and maintenance workers in almost 7 years we have not had the stability to establish a great community. We are located in the middle of a low-income neighborhood where we are surrounded by a 711 on one side and condominiums that are populated by at least seven to eight people in one bedroom. The public parking is non-existent due to the fact that the adjacent condominiums let the people Park wherever they want. I want to thank our current Business Manager Stephanie for the wonderful way she manages at Casa Pacifica Apts in Santa Ana. She is truly the best Manger we have had in the 10 years I have lived here. Thank you Stephanie
I've been living here for 8½ years & overall have been content here. The first building manager we had, Stephanie, was absolutely amazing but after her, it's been a bit rough until Jennifer & then Marisa, but sadly they're now also gone... the building itself is safe, but be aware that the neighborhood is a bit rough, having a sizable homeless issue. Also, if you have more than one car, parking WILL BE AN ISSUE!! My roommate, being disabled, parks in the garage & my car is currently parked two blocks away & walking to my car... read more

I’d like to take a moment to commend Marisa, the onsite manager at Casa Pacifica. Working with her has been a fantastic experience. She is incredibly valuable to the property and makes our collaboration seamless. Her professionalism and approachability create a positive environment not just for us, but for the residents as well.
