I used to live in Casa Pacifica and it was horrible. One night I woke up to people fighting in the hallway, the elevator always a piss inside, and its just a horrible area and place to start a family. Please whatever you do don't live here.
It’s “okay.” For whatever reason, Seattle’s DESC rammed through one of their housing projects across the street around 13 years ago. Things were fine for a while until loud mouth bigots and homophobes moved in and reduced this block to squalor. And hate.
Racist policies will cherry pick who they accept and then ignore your requests to fix the problems tat come with the building cause all the building managers quit after being taken advantage of (typically woman of color) who work for and have roaches and mold ! Allows animals to use bathroom in halls and in common areas. Locks don’t work . Doors and elevators are commonly not working the place has a horrible grounds keeper who never picks up anything and is never seen anywhere.
