Why did corporate change the hot sauce? It sucks now! Menu sucks too! No complaint procedure at location so social media it is! Daughter says yuck too
Service slow. Food is smaller in portions but same price. And dont taste the same. Very few waiters table not clean off after last party eat.
Since all the changes, the food is bad, and the service is even worse.
RecommendedI have been a loyal patron of Casa Ole for 30+ years. I am not at all impressed with the changes that are being made. First it was the beef fajita meat. Now they are changing the recipe of the salsa. Why change what doesn’t need changing? I probably won’t continue to eat there. The best thing about the place was the salsa and cueso. Not a happy camper.
it's a shame, I have to come from Houston to Beaumont to Casa Ole .
Came here because Saltgrass was an hour wait. HUGE mistake. Exceedingly slow service, server who simply isn’t all that and how do you have a bar and NOT serve Bloody Mary’s????? As I’m writing this, my husband is becoming increasingly upset...we have to work tomorrow early in the morning. Will NOT be coming back. Ever.
