Recently, while visiting Edmonds, Washington, I joined some relatives for dinner at Casa Oaxaca. A tiny restaurant in a nondescript shopping center, it was a great choice. We started with some tasty cocktails, including the jalapeño margarita. The food menu was extensive, offering a variety of options.
