Casa Nuova did the most incredible job catering my wedding. Juan Carlos and Ivan did such an amazing job setting up, welcoming guests, and serving the most delicious food. JC even announced all the courses they were serving us that evening which our guests loved! The food was INCREDIBLE! Nothing short of amazing and can’t wait to return. From our Seafood Stuffed Mushrooms which made me wish I’d just ordered 2 instead of an entree to that Caesar! Nobody is kidding when they share those croutons and the dressing seriously are slap you Momma good! This followed by the Veal Piccata that was so tender and perfectly prepared and the seafood extravaganza left us so full we couldn’t imagine dessert....
