I have a family member that lives out there and the owner knows my family member's water heater has been leaking and has done nothing to fix it. I went to see my uncle it looks horrible out there. The trash hasn't been picked up all week. My uncle said it's usually picked up twice a week. It looks horrible out there. If my uncle didn't take care of his apartment he would be evicted. The needs to take care of the problems.

Its a good place to live..the landlord it a good person w a big heart she is tryin to make this place a better place for everyone..some pplz talk down on her which is wrong...its nt her fualt that the pplz that redid casa nueva mess thing up n refused to fix stuff in these apt nt her so i dnt kno why pplz have to blame her for other mistakes when it wasnt hers all thank
I have mold, visible mold in my bathroom and kitchen. I am killing 30 to 40 rolly polly bugs a day. The smell of mold in my apartment makes me sick. All my " new" floors are coming up everywhere. My electric shuts off 2 to 3 times a week, like the whole apartment... All of these issues I've been reporting since April to management. Noone EVER calls me back from cooperate.
