For a hotel that call themselves luxurious I was very disappointed to have had my skirt stolen. I called same day I checked out and nothing was “found”. They might need to re evaluate their room service people. Rooms are not that clean and they didn’t come clean the room everyday.

An AMAZING hotel!! Yes, it has some unique smells, this building is well over 100 years old, that's to be expected, it adds to the charm. The entire staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, highly recommend!!!!!!!!!

Casa Monica was a magical experience. From the very minute we arrived, we were greeted so wonderfully by Jewel at the Front Desk who promptly greeted us with a warm welcome and glass of champagne. She could not have been more welcoming to us. She was so helpful and delightful ( what fantastic customer service!) Also I want to sincerely thank and acknowledge the Conscierge, Charlene who made our 20th Wedding Anniversary so special.
