Manny really listened to what my Husband and I were looking for and didn’t dangle any listings in front of us that didn’t meet our criteria or were over budget! Really appreciated this! He also negotiated a 2 to 1 interest buydown, which was a deal maker for us. Manny also helped facilitate the inspection while we were out of town, which was very helpful with our short close. Very easy to get ahold of via text too.
