Awesome place to live especially for college students. Boone Pickens stadium is right across the street and you can walk to every class on the OSU campus. Plus its all bills paid!

Horrible place to live. I would give it less than 1 star if i could. It used to be a good place to live when i first moved in but they switched to this new management and that are absolutely terrible!! They have no clue what they are doing. They lose rent checks all the time. Once they even credited my rent check on another persons apt. Out of the blue they will randomly decide that you owe them money for something they never even told you about. Don't count on getting a deposit back because they will take out an automatic 1... read more
