Food was great. Service was average. Server didn’t ask what tortillas we wanted, and didn’t even bring any to the table for fajitas and had to be asked. Beverages weren’t refilled without calling her over. Wouldn’t accept a coupon that I had at lunch time because it was a “holiday”. I asked what holiday it was and they said “Sweetest Day”. Huh? Service was pretty terrible and maybe just for us because other customers seemed to be smiling so maybe just our waitress was bad. She took order and never came back and by the time we had flagged her done we were ready to leave. We were gonna order food but got tired of waiting. Drinks were pretty expensive. Looked forward to the place for awhile and turned out to be a total let down. Needless to say I'm never going back there

The customer service was unmatched. Each staff member that I encountered during my experience were beyond friendly and accommodating. The food was great with large portions that I was able to take for lunch the next day. The margarita flight was delicious and it is definitely a place that I would go back.
Food was delicious atmosphere was great. Server was horrible. Food took forever. It was still hot when we got it. It's possible the kitchen was backed up but the server never came over to us or brought us more chips when we asked.
I'm sad to say I was very dissapointed in Casa Margarita. Usually the food is excellent but it just had no flavor this time. �
