This review only pertains to the maintenance crew of Casa Madrid. The place is now cleaner and you always see someone working and gardening the common areas! The maintenance crew are all friendly, approachable and helpful. There's more of them now so the place is better and more well maintained. Javier, Nato, Ben and the rest of the crew deserve praise.
