Awful, cheap quality apartments for over $2,000/month. You get one little wall unit a/c so you die in the summer (especially on the second floor). I lived here just 2 days short of 2 years. If you don’t live here exactly 24 months, you get charged the full painting fee which is over $200, the cleaning fee is about $180 which you will get charged no matter what, then the carpet cleaning fee is $80 but they’ll charge an extra $40 for a “deep clean” which will always be needed considering they put cream color carpets in - so do... read more
Great place to live. I recently signed a lease renewal for another year. Management is partnered with the Anaheim Ducks so you get discounts to Ducks game tickets and merch. You also get additional discounts to other services when using their apartment app. There’s plenty of parking within the gated garages, and street parking is also available in front of the apartments. We lived in a Casa Madrid townhome apartment for just a few months (April - July 31, 2023). This place was like a peace resort compared to our previous residence. The neighbors are really special. We've never lived in a community so friendly before. Some of our amazing neighbors even baked us chocolate chip cookies to welcome us ❤️. Melissa is amazing.
