Our travel plans changed and the staff was super accommodating and helpful. We were able to get a refund which we really appreciate. The room we stayed in was clean and fresh, the bathroom had been upgraded and was nice. There were no bad smells or anything dirty. The cleaning crew clearly has the attention to detail down. The street noise was a non issue. The location is unbeatable. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this place to folks traveling on a budget. I would 100% stay here again.
Pillows (pieces of sponges) bed are so bad no springs no support maybe got destroy by an obese person. very old musky smell run down carpet. very run down. maybe good for San Francisco but not clean. There is free Preets coffee machine from 7am -11/12pm. Bathroom is new but water flow is very very slow not sure how to wash hair. Yes hairdryer frige and microwave is available. 20 min walk to Japan town
Nice view of the city. Bring bug spray or a mosquito net canopy if you leave window open. Used mini refrigerator as an air conditioner. The front desk was nice and was able to hold on to our luggage during check-in and checkout. It does remind me of Europe and brings back good memories traveling there. We had a nice visit overall.
