I just want to say this is one of best Mexican Food restaurants in The Pine Belt Area. The service is outstanding. The food is fresh, the portions are huge, and the price does not cause you to spend all your children's inheritance. The owners are a very wonderful family and we tell everyone about how awesome it is...Casa Jalisco is awesome
Everything was great! Food, drinks, service, atmosphere....everything!
Food is excellent but customer service is not so great! Had salsa and chips dumped all over me when I arrived and only got an "I'm sorry". When we got ready to leave I felt that our check should have been discounted my food to say the least and it was not! Only after I complained about the incident for a second time was the check adjusted. The owner approached the table on the "defensive" side stating it was an "accident" and he apologized.
