Disgraceful! I am a caregiver(a Legacy caregiver with VA Caregiver Program of Comprehensive Assistance for Family Caregivers (PCAFC))and this clinic specifically a nurse named RITA, has repeatedly "lost"(handicap placard paperwork) and didn't even fax over medical records to Ortho of Arizona needed for an urgent surgery. I HAD TO DRIVE TO CASA GRANDE FROM SAN TAN THEN TO GILBERT TO GET BLOOD RESULTS IN BEFORE SURGURY!!! I always have a positive experience any time I have been there. The staff is pleasant and very helpful.
