Disgraceful! I am a caregiver(a Legacy caregiver with VA Caregiver Program of Comprehensive Assistance for Family Caregivers (PCAFC))and this clinic specifically a nurse named RITA, has repeatedly "lost"(handicap placard paperwork) and didn't even fax over medical records to Ortho of Arizona needed for an urgent surgery. I HAD TO DRIVE TO CASA GRANDE FROM SAN TAN THEN TO GILBERT TO GET BLOOD RESULTS IN BEFORE SURGURY!!! Excellent and prompt service every single time. Kind, considerate, efficient, and timely. My hubby is the veteran and I envy his quality of care here and Tucson.
