Called Carl to fix an issue today. It was Saturday and he couldn’t make it until Monday. Gave me a number for his sons. One showed up and diagnosed the issue and did a temp fix. I asked if they had time to do a permanent fix and they said yes. One was at Home Depot grabbing sensors while myself and the other hung on the patio. Carl is the guy! He works fast and is very knowledgeable of his work. He arrived at our home to fix our garage door within minutes and now it opens and closes as if it was brand new! He lubricated our door and calibrated the opener after fixing our torsion spring issue. He also taught us how to perform regular maintenance on the door. All of this was for an excellent price, and I couldn’t be more pleased with his service. 5 starts and I definitely recommend!
Our garage door wouldn’t open or close and Casa Grande Garage Door came out to and within half an hour they hadn’t fixed. As a matter of fact it was working better after he fixed it than before!
