I been living here close to 3 yrs and for the price its affordable but this buildings are extremely old. From black mold to rainning staircase to shatter windows, to ac vents not working properly and worst of all rats. It took almost a year to "treated." And ppl ask why you stay well its the only place we could afford at the moment and wishing it will get better but its just time for us to departure from this apt complex. If you move here please check everthing well and good luck
