Infested with black mold and termites. Outdoor water hasn't worked in a year and management refuses to fix it while raising the rent. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE.
They have very nice waitresses they steep you very fast and their food is excellent thank you for being very nice people
This is like living in a “slum lords” apartment complex. Since I was waiting for the extra key that I never got back from the original roommate. I had gotten locked out once the new roommate was living with me and they charged $75 to unlock the apartment door.. although I had asked the management where my keys is a few times prior to this happening. This is one of those apartments that is convenient! Everything you could want or need is literally in walking distance. Very quiet living and friendly staff. The landlady is one of the friendliest managers I have seen! Over all great place to live and you wont beat these winning rates for the quality!
