Things have gone downhill significantly with this new management. Managers are practically nonexistent (do we even have management at this point? The lack of cleanliness, transparency, and communication points to NO) and it's impossible to get anything done or have any questions answered without some kind of defensiveness. I’ve been living here for eight months now and I love it. The new managers are so attentive and kind. My neighbors are respectful. It feels so peaceful and the maintenance man fixes everything so promptly.
During my tenure here over the past few years, I've observed several concerning trends that impacted the quality of living in our community. Incidents such as vehicle break-ins, unauthorized parking, and vehicles parking on areas to make turns to park in our assigned parking caused a significant decline in the overall environment. This location may be satisfactory for some, but if you are transitioning from a three-bedroom house like I have, it might not meet your needs. Parking is extremely limited, especially if you have two vehicles. The additional parking spots that are available are rarely open for use and are situated on a street prone to frequent car break-ins, evidenced by the shattered glass along the sidewalks.
