No-showed despite having a scheduled tour, tour was at 2 and at 2:30 found out that management had closed the leasing office until 3. No communication about that whatsoever, second Greystar location in SF that this happened at so be warned with Greystar properties.
We have parked our car in their garage since 2012. It’s a safe nearby garage that we trust. This week our daughter was rolling through town on a short visit and we needed a safe place to temporarily leave her car. We asked Miss Kaylene, the building manager, if this were possible, and she came through for us. She was very friendly and helpful. Our collective minds were at ease knowing our daughter’s car would be secure overnight. Thank you Ms Kaylene for your kindness and understanding. We really appreciate it!
4 different laundry rooms. 4 different broken machines. Disgusting conditions. Cleaning crew sweeps outside all day. Zero attention to laundry areas.
I got stood up during an apartment viewing. :(
Mary was excellent - she took the time to understand my needs and show me properties. Would highly recommend meeting her! Update - I showed up for my follow up appointment but there was no response from the leasing team. I waited outside the building for over 15 minutes with no response despite having scheduled an appointment previously. This is quite unprofessional
