I got stood up during an apartment viewing. :(
Mary was excellent - she took the time to understand my needs and show me properties. Would highly recommend meeting her! Update - I showed up for my follow up appointment but there was no response from the leasing team. I waited outside the building for over 15 minutes with no response despite having scheduled an appointment previously. This is quite unprofessional
Website lies about availability and schedules apartment viewings that are then rejected when you get to the property. Leasing agents are clueless and incompetent. Edit: the review reply from the company is literal lies and nothing else. Once again booked a viewing, even confirmed it on the phone, got there and was ignored and the agent pretended nothing had ever been booked. This agency is a scam and a bunch of liars.
We toured the apartment with Jallen Kwa, who was amazing at responding to all our needs and questions (even at 10 pm at night). He is the property manager at 230 and 240 Dolores. He even managed to get a lease preapproved for us in less than a day, which was incredibly helpful as we were in a pinch with our housing situation. Would highly recommend touring with Jallen - he is such an asset to the Greystar team.
