Yummy, delicious and authentic. The enchiladas rancheras remind me of the ones I had in Kansas as a child. The Spanish Catholic Church sold them for fundraising.

When we crave Delicious, authentic, homemade Mexican food, this is the place that we always think of first. Love the homemade corn tortillas, so far, I have never been disappointed!!! Totally worth the drive for us. Keep up your great food standards Casa Diaz, and don't ever let me down!!
