They started charging for amenities that used to be free. When the lock to my apartment broke when the on-site office was closed, I called the main office for support and they told me to call any locksmith. After I paid the locksmith, Casa Del Sur informed they could not fully reimburse me because I didn't use their preferred locksmith, which was not communicated to me at the time, and I was also falsely accused of losing my keys while getting drunk at the club, when it was the building's lock that broke. Been a longtime resident here. Jon and Sarah, the property management have made the place a lot better by making consistent improvements to the property. They are also very responsive and even answer the phone on the weekends. They have security in the evening patrol the grounds, improved the pools and commons areas as well. Definitely a great apartment and you can't beat living right next to the beach.

Very helpful, responsive management team. Useful amenities like parking and storage. Old building, but units and pool are recently remodeled. Great location, but 10% rent increases.
