Awesome place! Moved in a couple of months ago and I can honestly say that they have treated me great. The manager is very professional and has such a great attitude easy to talk to. The leasing agent is very bubbly and so nice. The maintenance guys are really good and ready to fix the issues. They have security, cameras. Apartments are being renovated inside mine came with granite, new tubs and back splash. Good price for quality.
DONT MOVE IN!!!! They want their rent but if something is broke it wont get fixed. The sidewalks are major issues i fell twice. parking is horrible; its clear that more people live there then on the leases. if you have to wash dont use theirs because the machine is in the office and it is never open when you need it. the manger is being overly friendly and is only cool with our kind! if you know what i mean. the security officer is a waste of money. he watches tv in his car most of the time instead of watching the property. ... read more
This apartments recently got a new manager, they rush you to pay rent and demand strict regulation of what not to have on your patio. They are so demanding but when it comes to getting something fixed in the apartment they like to take their time getting it fixed. I believe jst like they demand everything to be done correctly then they should F******** fix the apartment when needed not when they feel like it. The property (inside the apartments) smells really bad. I had a one bedroom apartment and I couldn't stand the smell and the humidity inside my bedroom. Also management do not responded to my requests to fix the problem. I wouldn't recommend this apartments to anyone.
