I’ve lived here for 6 years. The location is great and the property is beautiful, but the management is completely hopeless. I have had ongoing issues with neighbours smoking pot to the point that I’m woken up every single night around midnight and every single morning at 6 am with my eyes watering. There is no a/c here so there is absolutely nothing I can do about it, and the management has told me “they’ve been informed that they are causing a nuisance” so there’s nothing more they can do. If I could give this a zero star review, I would. This company is lower than dog shit. In the 2 years we have lived in one of their apartment complexes we have had roaches, crack heads coming up and asking for cigarettes and alcohol, the pool was NEVER open cause it was fucking filthy, 3 suicides, several drug dealers that were busted, the outside and inside of the building is literally falling apart.
