For this rate of rent, you can do MUCH better for yourself. Don't let the gates fool you, this is a dangerous area and creepezoids are in and out of here all night long. There is one gate, a pedestrian gate, that does NOT lock. And, there's no sound barrier- insulation is crap with single pane windows so you will hear EVERYTHING. Not just outside but all around.
