Nice apartment good size, but manager on site is awful. Her name Sabrina she never in office doesn't return calls. Doesn't pay attention to anything. Need something fixed it will take forever because she is never in office.But when you move out then she pays attention and so will you moved out and now getting charged. More than. 1000 for so called damages. But everyone that no e out always ends up paying out of po let. Doesn't matter how clean you leave it they find something. All I can say is question every little charge they say you will owe. I'd be down $100 had I not gotten lucky. Would give one star but I'm giving two star rating because I liked the size of the 2 bed, 1 bath apartment. Loved my apartment and the patio size. Neighborhood has a lot of foot traffic. Someone kept coming inside my patio and stealing my stuff I had to buy a lock. I felt unsafe in the neighborhood and frustrated with management. If you're thinking of moving in I hope you have a better experience than I did.
Since San Mar has taken over, there has been some good improvments but some not so great. First the new maintenance guy has been on top of things, before he came nothing was getting fixed. I have lived here for years I am happy to say all my things have been fixed FINALLY!! The bad part is the office lady does not have it together, she seems to be lost and unsure of her job, my friend decided not to rent here after dealing with her. For this rate of rent, you can do MUCH better for yourself. Don't let the gates fool you, this is a dangerous area and creepezoids are in and out of here all night long. There is one gate, a pedestrian gate, that does NOT lock. And, there's no sound barrier- insulation is crap with single pane windows so you will hear EVERYTHING. Not just outside but all around.
