Terrible! Stay far away from this place. Each unit is privately owned but the landlord HOA and maintenance are all different categories. No one cares about your concerns, safety, or well being. This has been the absolute worst experience of my life. Wild raccoons walking during the day, water leaks, and horrible landlords that want to nickel and dime you. I am saving you pain and anguish. Do not rent here.
The worst place to live! The staff is awful, especially a lady named Julia who is rude and unhelpful. The place is dirty and has mold, and the cabinets are rotting. They even have the nerve to charge you for them. They will take all of your deposit money. This place is a scam—do not waste your money!
