Casa Del RUN! This place is awful! You totally don't wanna live here... It's just wrong, everything about it. Worst experience of my life! If u move here u will regret t. There's a whole freakin book I can write. It's just I'm so sick of it and I have to get busy packing to move. You don't wanna live here. They maintain the landscaping to keep people coming but that's all they maintain. Don't be fooled cuz it looks nice. It's not nice :( and moving sucks.
Disgusting Cockroach infested! I wish i had read the reviews before moving to this cockroach infested place...The reviews are absolutly true. The back fence are falling apart, cockroaches everywhere, ur cable has to be run across the rooms, making it a hazard to children, its so loud at nite and you can literally hear peoples conversation thru the vents. Mailboxes where broken into. This place is a total disaster! for a couple dollars more you can find a way better place by far!

A LIVING NIGHTMARE A living nightmare! Air conditioner out for 2 days now hottest time of year. Manager Sylvia does not care will not keep me updated of status just told twice this afternoon. This afternoon has yet to come. Apartment is baking have to wet puppy down. The management goes home at 5 and does not call back. This is only one complaint of many I am moving out of hell hole A.S.A.P.
Don't live there I lived there in 2006. My stove and freezer didn't work and were never fixed after many complaints, crackheads ride bicycles around the parking lot at night, if you are on the bottom floor don't plan on being able to sleep and there were cockroaches everywhere. It was one of the worst living experiences of my life!
No maintance I have requested a new fence for the last six months. The manager will not give me an answer either way as he says he will. The washers and dryers never work at the same time and we loose money. The water founain does not work. The treadmill does not work. The door locks to the pool are not the same key. No door knob on the laundry room. New property management is need here.
I LIVE THERE i live there and you can get a 2 bedroom for $645 a month. they are so small, but at a good price in a convienient neighborhood. they look like they are from the 70s tho.
