If you are considering moving here, DO NOT. It is extremely unsafe area, and houseless have snuck all the way up to the fourth floor to smoke cigarettes, drink alc + sleep multiple times. They have been in front of my door, guarding my entrance- I have had to call security many times. I can’t stress this enough for your safety do not move here. This building and management have been a living nightmare. Five different managers have worked here in six months. Nonstop noise, drama, public drug use and criminal activity make this property uninhabitable. Street people invade this building and use drugs in common spaces. Neighbors use sub woofers for sport. The neighborhood is a drug war zone. Security here is non-existent. And management openly doesn't give a care. Do not move here. This is a dangerous and unpleasant environment.

I don't live there. But someone I love very much does. It's an older building with many beautiful features like hardwood floors, old style kitchen floor, bathroom looks a bit crowded but not bad for just one or two people. I personally love all the built ins. But being in my mid 60's I like that kind of embellishment. Why not 5 stars? Forth floor walk up which makes it impossible for me to visit my loved one. No off street parking so his new car had all it's windows broken and anything inside stolen. Love the Catholic church... read more
