RecommendedThe manager is really nice. She get you moved in as fast as she possibly can and it's a convenient location near shopping and near restaurants. So I would definitely recommend this place.
RecommendedI have lived at the west wind apartments for seven months now. These apartments are the most well kept apartments I have ever seen. My apartment is absolutely perfect and the location of my apartment could not be better. The management of west wind is excellent, she’s the most compassionate caring person I’ve met since I’ve been to Fresno. There is not enough room here to explain the discusting conditions I experienced when I moved in. Such as thousands of dead bugs in the refrigerator (That they sent someone to clean up to find out that the fan blew more out, constantly). Urine all over the bathroom wall, food on the wall in the kitchen. I had to clean up this mess when I was 7 months pregnant. They had the nerve to with hold my deposit when I moved out.
