I posted on the wall of this Facebook page since I can’t post a picture on this review, but it looks like whoever runs this page has to review the comment first... which I’m sure since it’s not good, it won’t be posted. I was taking off the bedding this morning since house keeping was supposed to come in and clean and noticed what looks like black mold on both the top and bottom bunk beds mattress covers. Positives: friendly staff! They were all very helpful and kind! The beach right across the sea wall is fine-no need to drive all over if you don’t really want to. The location is pretty good. Trolleys are very accessible, too! We love Galveston, so it’s fun to take the trolleys all over! It was clean. Negatives: The beds were uncomfortable. Very. There are zero paper goods besides tp. There is a kitchen, but no paper towels. A 4 cup coffee maker and no coffee filters, only the janky little paper pods. It would have been good... read more

We are here for a Dance competition and I switched from the host hotel last minutes because I wanted a kitchen and more room. I have to say I am sooooo happy I did. The room is great. Fully functional kitchen with a stove, refrigerator and microwave. I wish there was a pizza cutter and cake pan for casseroles but no big deal Walmart is right next door. Everytime we stay here we love it. It is not a 5 star Luxury Resort but it is always a homerun with the kids and family. Kitchen for cooking in the room, fishing, and the beach within walking distance makes for a great budget vacation destination.

We loved it! The location is great. They have coin operated washers and dryers. The pier across the street is really cool plus they have a 3rd floor viewing area that's worth doing.
Great place! Awesome location!! Drove 12 hours thru the night to get here, arrived at 7:30 am, and they let us ck in early! Clean facilities. Friendly staff, great location, you get a suite with a balcony with a view of the ocean for same price as a crappy motel room!!
It's a nice spot. close to the beach. the pool is really nice. the rooms are very small. parking lot is kinda crowded.
