We had reservations at a different location, but after 11 1/2 hours into a 12 hour drive, that place called saying they were sorry but had given our condo away. The staff at Casa del Mar helped get us in a beautiful room very quickly!! When we had to extend our stay for a hospital visit, they were wonderful with working with us day to day. Love this place
The staff here was so kind to my parents. We had a family emergency during spring break and they were amazing! Thanks guys
Its was a nice place to stay. My kids really enjoyed themselves. Nice friendly staff during our stay.Only problem we encountered was the A/C unit put out alot of hot air in the middle of the night. There was a strong odor at one point of time. Other than that I would stay again
I would NEVER come back here. We have been here 8 weeks and have had to put up with roofing nightmare. Noise, being asked to move our car, parking blocked off, dirt. Now, right below our balcony, workmen are grinding granite countertops. NOISE and dust for hours. We can't have our door open or enjoy the balcony. Complaining does NO good. They don't care. Don't come here
Really enjoyed this low key, relaxed hotel in a great location and so close to the ocean. Suite was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Service was friendly. Parking was convenient. Neighbors were pleasant and helpful. All around lovely place for a nice weekend in Galveston.
