Do not go to this hotel. The staff at the front desk was rude and arrogant. My family brought a ESA dog with us who is registered and have never been denied at any hotel. We came to Casa Del Mar to visit family who were staying there. As soon as we got out of the car we were confronted by maintenance to check our dog into the front desk. Not trying to cause a issue we did. When we spoke to the front desk the guy was arrogant and rude trying to read opinion out of a book. Stayed here for3days in July this was my 4th time to be here. Love the location easy access to see everything and just a walk across the street to the beach! I had rented here from other sites but had a much better trip renting from casa del Mar directly. The room was really nice and the people in their office were really nice and helpful. I will booked again directly it was easy to do and no hidden fees. It's the only place we will stay!😄
The decor is breathtaking. Everything is clean and we lacked for nothing due to location, location, location. I’m already planning my return trip. This may just be my vacation spot from now on.
