Genuinely the best management I have ever encountered here in Provo (maybe ever). I have lived at a handful of places and I have never felt more heard and seen as a student lessee. The apartments are older, but charming. They always update or fix whatever you need quickly. It’s also so close to campus. Like a 10 min walk. I loved my 18 months here!!!!
Not a fan of the management here. They were prompt in responding to very simple tasks but not with anything else. From the beginning of my interactions: I asked for a tour and didn't hear anything about that but ended up knocking on someones door and taking a look for myself. The living area is small but the rooms are a good size and it's cute. I applied and paid the $50 fee. I was accepted and told I would be sent the lease in a couple of days which ended up being over a week. I signed the contract and it said I would immed... read more

They won't even give you an application if you mention that you have an emotional support animal which is illegal.
SO close to campus!! Amazing management and brand new bathrooms!!
