Very bad customer service. The rice was flavorless. The meat was good and the margarita the only reason i gave them 2 stars because of that. asked for the check and they never took it, we literally had to walk up to the register and the girl practically ran after us as if we were trying to dine and dash. I wouldn't go again. i dont recommend it

Great food & drinks with great friends had lots of fun
I love the food, ambience, and service. It's close to Sharp Grossmont Hospital and cancer center. When I was having my radiation treatments I would get beans and rice afterwards because that was all I could eat. My teenagers enjoy the food and the margaritas are good!
Casa de Pico is my favorite Mexican restaurant. My family has been going there for over 40 years. They have the BEST margaritas around!
