Old Town in La Mesa Although transplanted from its historic location in Old Town, Casa de Pico continues to be delicious. The ambience of the patio in the Grossmont Mall parking lot is not nearly as special as the lively and colorful Bazaar del Mundo, margaritas, chips & salsa maintain their quality. They even have a happy hour where there are a couple of trays of free food to dine on.
Bueno! - Casa de Pico in La Mesa Frequently get take-out dinners on Saturday evening. Always seems crowd on weekends but wait seems to be worth it. Meals are tasty, inexpensive and plentiful. Entrees cover all needs, calorie-counters to the hungry appetites. Mariachis keep it lively. Good family outing place.
Great Happy Hour! Great food, but the atmosphere was so much better when it was in old town. You can enjoy the happy hour with margaritas as big as your head still though!
Casa de Pico Casa de Pico serves an extremely wide variety of Mexican food, and it is all delicious. The atmosphere is fun, too.
RecommendedBest outside patio ambiance with plants and water feature! We have always had great servers and today our server was JC and he rocks at his job! Oh yea, the food is great also!!!
I swear all plates are enough for two people. Salsa was excellent, guacamole was great. Really good service too.
