I spoke with your optical tech (George) on 4/1/26 to pay the remaining balance on my glasses. I asked if he could mail them to me as I had moved to a new city. He was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. He gave me a tracking number and set it where I received daily updates of my package. I received my glasses on 4/4/26. They were packed perfectly! I appreciate all of your help! I am happy with my new glasses. Thank you George.
