I have been going to this restaurant for at least 40 years and have always loved it and considered it one of the best Mexican food restaurants I have ever had. The amount of meat and toppings have dropped since the days Nana was there, and she always made the food best ( she cared and used lots of love) but it was basically the same recipes. Love it and have been for 36 years, and the staff is awesome!!! Great Margaritas and food.
The food was good although the black beans were not cooked correctly, cheap portions of the house chips and salsa , big portions of the food -the place is a little rundown. The manager seemed nice but lazy and she sat at the table and texted the whole time we were there. Waitress was nice.
Dirty. Ceiling tiles missing with insulation hanging over tables. Floor was disgusting. Seats ripped and patched with duct tape. Disappointing.
The best Mexican restaurant around, hands down. A+
