Management is bad the atmosphere in the building is very unfriendly. Maintenance is the worst maintanence, when rent is paid they don't do very good keeping they lost 2 checks and ask to stop a payment and if you don't do it they make you responsible for the rent, yes they expect you to pay again so if your check get cash later on you will be the losser, they won't credit you, basically you will paying that month double rent.
