I was accused of cancelling 3 appointments the same day, which I proved to be untrue with my phone call logs. I have been unable to reach anyone higher up than Rose who answers the phone and is supposedly responsible for carrying out the NP's orders. The NP are great, but getting the orders like referrals, prescriptions, PT, etc. accomplished through Rose took months if at all. She became annoyed because I had a professional advocate that would call and try to coordinate with her to get accomplished what my doctor prescribed... read more
I had a new nurse scheduled to see me. When Daniel got here I was a little short of breath. I had just woke from nap. I excused my self saying I needed to splash water on my face and when I come back out my Front door and screen wide open and I see his tail lights leave out. I ended up calling 911 and was admitted for Pneumonia. I'm torn on what to do!
