It makes sense that they took the seafood chimichanga off the menu. I ordered it today and was so disappointed. It was a soggy mess. Plus there was 1/2 a tomato in the fist bite. WTH? We won't be back. Lots of other things went wrong but I don't want to bash the place so I PM'd them instead and hope they address it.
We visit this restaurant every year when making the trip to San Diego. The food is excellent, the service outstanding, and the margaritas are to die for. Make sure to get a reservation as this place is always busy.
Food is pretty good. Maria served us on the patio last night, she was very good! Friendly made sure we were all well taken care of & brought out a special desert for our friend having her birthday. Thank you, Maria!

Let me start by saying the food is 5 stars. But this visit the service was just bad! We only waited about 20 minutes to get a party of 7 seated so that's really good for this place. From there it just took a turn downward. Our server brought water. Never asked if we would like to order appetizers or drinks, which of course we did. So we had to go to bar to get drinks and bring them back to table. Then he finally took our order and I said We wanted the Queso Fundido. Friday night date night with the wife. Margaritas were outstanding & we wanted to try one of everything. Our selection was very delicious and our server was on point. This was out second time and we will be returning soon.
