This was the best dining experience we had in Fredericksburg. Chef-driven Mexican food with an excellent cocktail menu. Joseph is a great server. He was knowledgable about everything from the food to the history of the building and all things Fredericksburg. The menu is modest in size and well crafted. Bonus points for being open on Monday night when we visited.
Casa Chloe beats any other Mexican restaurant in Fredericksburg in my opinion!! They have the best flavor and "Heat" in their dishes ( I LOVE spicy food). New locals to Fredericksburg, and we have already made this one of our go to "spots". If you haven't been and enjoy flavor and "heat" I highly recommend starting with their chips and salsa - this will give you an insight to the rest of their menu and how they flavor their food. Modern and clean atmosphere. Food was great. Ate inside but then enjoyed the large outdoor patio area.
