I've been living at Casa Bonita Apartments for about six months now, and my experience with our property manager, Merari, has been wonderful. She is always attentive, receptive, and quick to respond whenever we have questions or concerns. Communication has been easy and consistent, which makes a big difference as a tenant. Lived here for about 1 year till my lease was up. When it was time to move they kept all my deposits and wanted to charge me more for the carpet that needed to be replaced. The carpet was spotless when we moved out. We even decided to use a carpet cleaner to make it look more new but regardless the maintenance guy even told us they would still replace it.
