We love Mexican food! How great for us that some of the very best Mexican food this side of the border is right here in Cottonwood, Arizona! We have enjoyed lunches and dinners at Plaza Bonita literally for years! Wonderfully attentive and gracious staff, hot and delicious food, and a relaxing atmosphere always combine to give an amazing experience. When there is too much going on to eat out, we have also enjoyed their great take-out and we have even had them cater gatherings! Yes, they're really THAT good!!!
We make the trip here every so often, even though we live about an hour away—because it’s just that good! This is hands down one of our favorite Mexican restaurants, conveniently located near Sedona. I’m updating a previous review because not only did I capture some amazing photos of our food this time, but the staff also went above and beyond to accommodate our family, including our special needs son. Everyone was so happy and welcoming the food was always warm and the host always has a smile on their face I would 100% drive 2 hours to go back again!🤗
