Celebrating our 16th anniversary. We came between lunch and dinner. It was great atmosphere and food.
Woohoo margaritas! Everything was delicious and I'm coming back everytime. Yum.
Came here after many recommendations. They sat us towards the back where there was no heat! We ordered the most popular item Green Chicken Chile Enchiladas!! Turns out they were the inferno enchiladas! They were so hot they were uneatable!! Everyone left more than half of their dishes. Not a good first experience!
Was in waited an hour and a half to be seated. I understand it was a long wait for a party of 11. We called proir to coming in asked if they where busy and if we needed to make reservations for that many people. Was told no come on in. We had a baby and other kids with us. The food was awefull was told they where closed for two weeks. The food must have sit in the freezer the whole time it was so bad. Our waitress was wonderful she did her best to make sure we was taken care of even though we where not at happy.
Incompetent staff, understaffed, poorly managed not prepared for holiday weekend Don't open up if ya can't staff it for the holiday traffic

We always love to come to Casa Blanca when we are in Alto & Ruidoso. The atmosphere is great, the chips are thin and crispy, and the food is tasty. Our service by Liz has also been excellent. Definitely coming back again on our next trip to town.
I live in San Antonio, TX but my fiancé and I decided to have a small wedding ceremony in Ruidoso so we had been looking for restaurants to accommodate us for our rehearsal dinner and decided on Casa Blanca. We just had our rehearsal dinner, with a party of 11, and it was a success! I worked with Chon prior to, in order to come up with a limited menu, and to pick which appetizers to serve. The service was great and the food was delicious! We had a fabulous time!
The best chili relleno I've ever tasted... the batter was almost like tempura...light and crunchy... Cheeses enchilada, taco, chips and salsa were also tasty!
