I guess the kitchen staff was having an off day because they managed to get our daughter's order wrong not once or twice but 4 times. waitress did the best she could considering the circumstances but its not her place to apologize for the errors but the manager's responsibility. again might have been an off night with the staff but I am.more upset that the Manager didn't come talk to us about the situation.
I am disappointed to have to post this. We have been going to Casa Blanca for years. The food is great. We went in for lunch today trying to support local businesses during the Corona crisis. We ordered our normal lunch selection where you are asked what sauce you would like on top. We both chose Queso. When our bill came we were charged 3 extra dollars each for Queso. Just left here and had six people total and two separate tickets and the lady added 20% gratuity for bad service and the not ok! Won’t be back!
Just for the record, I am a big fan of Casa Blanca - however, this past Friday night my wife and I had dinner there and I ordered outside my usual comfort zone and got fajitas. I’m sorry to say the peppers were about three to one to the meat. I had enough meet for one mediocre fajita! The food and service is great, with the exception of the fajitas!
