Great service from Hilda!!! Such a personable waitress and made excellent recommendations.
I guess the kitchen staff was having an off day because they managed to get our daughter's order wrong not once or twice but 4 times. waitress did the best she could considering the circumstances but its not her place to apologize for the errors but the manager's responsibility. again might have been an off night with the staff but I am.more upset that the Manager didn't come talk to us about the situation.
I am disappointed to have to post this. We have been going to Casa Blanca for years. The food is great. We went in for lunch today trying to support local businesses during the Corona crisis. We ordered our normal lunch selection where you are asked what sauce you would like on top. We both chose Queso. When our bill came we were charged 3 extra dollars each for Queso.
