Waitress was rude & made several hateful comments when we asked if they could 1. Level our table(we had to hold our drinks) 2. Never got queso we ordered but was on the ticket. Asked her to take it off & it was a debacle. 3. Two of us ordered side of guacamole & she only brought one then told us to fight over it. The first time we ate there one of our party never got their food ! Food was ok both times but NOT worth the hassle!
Jack was an awesome server, and the chili rellenos and the fried green chilis were great!

I was very excited to try Casa Blanca based on what I had heard from other travelers to Ruidoso. We had a terrible experience tonight. We were here a total of 3 hours for a party of three. We had a 40 minute wait to get in which was expected. Our drinks and chip bowl sat empty for 45 minutes. When our food finally arrived my enchiladas were too cold to eat. I will never step foot in this place again. Always has been my go to Mexican food place. The manager and general manager are a joke. Waited over 2 hours only to be told they wouldn't serve us because we had a bad attitude. Well yes we did have a bad attitude. We were told we would be seated in 45 minutes and several parties that arrived after us with the same number of people were seated prior to us. Dinner was great was great! We had the Green Chili Chicken Enchiladas. There was plenty of food and chips and salsa. Jack did a very good job as our server.
